• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• We cannot accept returns of edible products for hygiene and food safety reasons
• If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion for genuine issues
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at hello@sweets4u.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, but this does not apply to perishable goods.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
